Tweetpkr – Allows You To Check Twitter Updates While Not At Twitter

Tweetpkr, or tweet-peek-er, let’s you “take a peek at your friends twitter updates from anywhere.” If you aren’t a user of any third party Twitter account managers and always keep it in your browser this can be helpful at keeping track of your friend’s updates WHILE browsing. It really is as simple as entering your login credentials on the site and dragging the encrypted link that is created into your bookmark bar. Anytime you click the link it will have a menu pop up in your browser that will show the latest tweets from your friends as well as add your own tweets!

Officially the following browsers are supported: Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chroms, Opera, and Safari. It’s a safe bet that the majority of people out there are going to be set with whatever browser they use by default. I know there are other browsers out there but you are lying to yourself if you don’t think that covers the majority of web surfers. The following video is a demonstration on how it works and honestly that is as simple as it is to setup and use. GREAT service for anyone who uses Twitter a lot. I added it to my Firefox at work today and have absolutely no complaints!
