To be honest I wasn’t looking for anything Battlestar Galactica related today. In fact I wasn’t even looking for science fiction. I was sitting at work earlier, trying to find a new shirt to feature on Buy Zombie. Split Reason is a great site and I haven’t checked them out for awhile so I decided to take a gander and see if they had something zombie related. While they did not have something recent they had something that stuck out today. The Starbucks Freshly Ground Cylon shirt!

So I’m sitting here on the couch. Getting ready to rub Leah’s feet and take a break from staring at a computer screen for a few minutes trying to decide what to write that anyone who reads this site may be interested in. Nothing big’s been going on and out of the blue I remembered this shirt. Once it came to mind I knew I had no choice but to show it off since quite a few readers of my site fall into the science fiction fan category. (Horror, Science Fiction, Writing, Social Media, Web apps, Random Humor, Dog Pictures, Stu Stalking. Really aside from those why would you be here?) That being said this is now one of, it not, my favorite BSG shirt out there! Enjoy!

Coffee.. How I Miss You

So fun tidbit: I haven’t had caffeine since this last weekend. I’m going to change that with dinner tonight but my caffeine intake has been slashed. Yes. You read that right I barely drink caffeine anymore.

Anyone who knows me knows that this is almost a crime against my nature. It’s a complete change on my state of being. I used to drink a 12 pack a day practically and now it’s out of my life almost completely.

Yes there were shakes. Yes I wasn’t able to fall asleep. Migraines that hurt like hell but for the most part I think I’ve kicked the habit.

Thats it for the night. I just thought I’d share. I’m rather proud of no longer needing a diet coke to be fully finished off before I could take my first call of the day at work. It’s weird. Frakking. Weird.

What’s The Difference Between Regular And Decaf?

So I bought DecafIsEvil.com awhile ago and haven’t done anything with it. Stumbling across this today completely reminded me of picking up the domain and reminded me of all of the fun things that could be done with it! That however is for once I find the perfect logo and is not something that needs to be talked about until it’s sorted out (yes cryptic and vague I know.)

At any rate I believe all real coffee drinkers feel this way so I just felt that I’d share! I mean really… who drinks decaf? bleh!

Battlestar Coffee Mug? Yes Please!

This has to single offhandedly be one of the greatest things that Split Reason has come out with so far. On a side note it’s by one of the web comics they do shirts and other things for. Anyone who knows me knows that I am a HUGE Battlestar Galactics fan and this fun take on Starbuck’s name being used as both the character and the coffee giant puts a smile on my face.
