End Of The Week Roundup: 06/18/10
I felt the above image represents how we all feel about our day jobs as the week progresses. If I could solely work on just my projects for income as I hope to I could break this horrible cycle. Oh how I want to break this cycle!
At any rate there is finally something under projects again! While my weeks are still very busy with moving in ‘stuff’ and being responsible with my time / etc. Life is slowly starting to get back on track. Another few weeks and I’ll ideally be closing in on my office layout and be able to kick back into the full swing of things in my free time.
Life
- Leah’s cat is stalking me and taking my place in bed when I get up and she hasn’t left for work already. I swear she is plotting against me even though she’ll gladly have me pet her
- My cousin Molly can no longer claim she is a full year younger then me as her birthday has come and gone, signaling her entrance into the last year of her 20′s. Wow. I’m almost 30. Damn
- Over the weekend I did the good friend thing as Jen’s wedding went down and I went over to that. It’s amazing how many interesting looks and comments you get from people going to an ex-girlfriend’s wedding
- Aside from the wedding there was a family party to celebrate a couple of birthday’s and father’s day a week early since Molly’s father was in town
- Leah and I were able to setup more of her kitchen and we can actualy eat there easily now
Projects
- Byron created this amazing ad for Buy Zombie over the last week. Why though do I need what looks to be a full page B&W advertisement for Buy Zombie? Well Todd from May December Publications is going to be giving us a full page ad in the next novel they are releasing!
- Installed and stylized an iScream Productions Forum for everyone involved in all of my projects. It’s not formatted yet but it’s installed.
