While most of the people read this site probably either know me in real life or online already maybe you are one of the few who stumbled across my site randomly being linked somewhere or from a search engine. Regardless of why you are here you clearly want to know more.

First off before me how about the most burning question on your minds – why and what is a Civin? Civin is a name I made up for playing video games years ago. It has no true meaning that I have been able to find online though apparently is quite a common last name. That’s it. I’ve used it for so long I ended up registering it as a domain and using it for so long that by the time I would have thought to change it – it was too late.

So enough of that, on to me:

A Chicago resident with a flair for the darker side of things. While I work in technical support for the day job I am a ‘slight’ geek when it comes to the Internet and all things horror- Zombies are my bread and butter on what I enjoy writing on and following though everything horror and indie made on movies keeps my interest.
