You’re fighting, all the time.. There’s nothing working, nothing gaining.. Just a waste of time
Yea yea.. been a few days.. bite me I’ve been busy/lazy
A few weeks ago I was practically gushing about Stereophonics in one of my blog posts and a few people actually ended up asking me about it. So, all you need to know is that IF you are going to pick up one of their CD’s the one you want to pickup is Gotta Go There To Come Back. I can pretty much listen to it most of the way through with 10/14 tracks that just work. I might have overdone it the last time I commented on it but the CD is good.. specially the first half of it… the one must have track on it though.. and you owe yourself to snag a copy of this one song, “Help Me (She’s Out Of Her Mind).” You really owe it to yourself to snag a copy of that song if nothing else.
Of course.. you do need to keep in mind that I think that I’m mainly obsessing about this song right now since I’ve had the same mix CD in my car for 2 months and am slowly working on a new one. This is obviously one of the tracks on it so sticking out. mmm bias.
Now on to the Season finale of Damages. Holy. Shit. I completely understand how they can make a season 2 now. I 110% completely did not see the show going in that direction. Well… Rob, Neil, and I did briefly but all kind of gave up on it a couple episodes ago and not exactly or to the extent that they did it. I just can’t wait. Wow.

So I took the time to watch The Good Shepherd. It’s a spy movie, it’s a drama, it’s a lot of things. The one thing you HAVE to know about it is that it is an extremely long movie. You NEED to be in a patient slow movie mood to watch this (which is why I haven’t seen it until now. I had no interest in sitting around for that long of a movie until last night after damages.) IF you are in the mood for a slower movie this one is just fascinating. There are a lot of mini-plot twists and the acting from everyone is superb (it’s hard to see Damon be so quiet at times.) With how good the movie is I don’t see the replay value being ‘that’ high just due to the length and slowness of the movie. I actually do want to watch it a second time but that will be awhile off I guarantee it. “Matt Damon, Angelina Jolie and Robert De Niro star in this powerful thriller about the birth of the CIA. Edward Wilson (Damon) believes in America, and will sacrifice everything he loves to protect it. But as one of the covert founders of the CIA, Edward’s youthful idealism is slowly eroded by his growing suspicion of the people around him. Everybody has secrets…but will Edward’s destroy him? “
